Samiya Mumtaz is a Pakistani film and television actress, who was born in 1970 in Karachi. She has made her great career in Television dramas. She gained much fame after playing in “Moor”, “Udaari”, and “Sadqay Tumhare“. After these TV projects, she gets much attention and love from her fans and industry. She is an award winning actress who proved herself in entertainment industry by her hard work and talent.

Schooling of Samiya Mumtaz

Samiya Mumtaz got her early education from Karachi, Pakistan. She wanted to be on a farm, but her parents asked her to complete her education first. So, after completion of education, she started farming.

Family

Samiya Mumtaz was a great daughter of Khawar and Kamil Khan Mumtaz. Her father is an architect while her mother is a prominent women’s rights activist. She had two brothers and two children and shows a strong bonding with them.

Marriage

Samiya Mumtaz is married to Farjid Nabi, who is Pakistan’s writer, film producer, director, documentary maker, and cinematographer. Her son’s name is Hatim and her daughter’s name is Niwal.

Career

Samiya Mumtaz started her acting career from theater before entering into television dramas. She always wanted to do farming, and she was fond of acting.
