I thought that the leader Komei was the only interesting character among them, especially the new characters Dojaku, Kansho, and Komei. Out of all the members, Komei really received the most screen time and made for an intriguing opponent. With all the traps he set up for the pirates, I thought he was nearly like Sosuke Aizen from Bleach, but with a little more humour.

He may not have the might of Doflamingo or Akainu, but I believe he is a highly dangerous adversary who is capable of using quick thinking. The focus on the other characters was another aspect of this programme that I liked.. Foxy is a great comic relief in this special, and when he works with Luffy, he truly isn’t a horrible guy in fact, he’s rather useful.

The trailer shows Straw Hat pirates, navigating through the New World, encounter an old nemesis: Foxy the Silver Fox and his Foxy Pirates.
