Abrar plays the villain in the film “Animal” and since the release of the film, it has been questioned why Bobby Deol was cast as a Muslim, which has now been answered by the film’s director Sandeep Reddy Wanga.

According to Media, Sandeep Reddy Wanga explained that “the purpose of showing Indian Actor Bobby Deol in the role of Abrar in the film was not to portray Muslims negatively, but there is an important reason behind it”.

Sandeep Reddywanga said, “We have always seen people change their religion and accept Islam or accept Christianity but no one leaves their religion and becomes a Hindu”.

The director said, “Abrar’s character was also a convert and had more than one wife, and only in Islam a man is allowed to have four marriages, that’s why we cast Bobby Deol.” Shown in a Muslim character”.
