4 Stranger things

are, Very fun, refreshing show with a strong sci-fi backbone and old X-file fans Netflix Series 2021. ST seems to connect with a very wide audience and is no more just “teen” entertainment, a little more horror in this. The writing, casting, acting,& execution of all 3 of this series seasons are top-notch & an example. It’s streamlined storytelling yet never seeming rushed, with flawless threading of storylines & careful attention to the laws of their universe.

As with any popular work in any creative medium, A hidden strength for ST is that even for the supporting cast they have shown great character choices so far, especially deciding to give Bob Newby/Austin a bigger part while sticking to his ultimate fate & thus a truly heartfelt impact on season 3.

Steve;

 And then there’s Steve. With him, they bucked the 80’s trope of spoiled popular jerks to be realized, overcome & discarded by our main character(s). He made a stand-up guy turn-around last second of season 1 that kept him around on borrowed time it seemed.

Then it felt like the show stayed with him just until we could see him hit rock bottom before exiting the story as it felt like his time was long overdue, but strangely he wound up tagging along by a tiny thread of happenstance(maybe a decision due to comedic chemistry with Dustin?)

Herrington;

then is drawn into a new role of reluctant hero with truly redeeming qualities as we find ourselves rooting for Harrington vs a new, far more menacing version of his old self near the end of season 2. It was like a fully-realized Jaimie Lannister complex arc in GoT, not ruined, like if the Duffer brothers had him promise Nancy he’d watch the kids.

Then later tell Dustin & gang they weren’t worth staying for so gotta get back to his old a-hole friends to go party, then leaving before Billy shows up next scene.., later some trees molded by the tunnels fall on the party killing him.

He’s a far more interesting ‘big brother ‘character to the kids now, a proven monster hunter of sorts in their eyes. With the shared experience he grew as a person & bonded with them as he moved forward from Nancy, though he may be dealing with the realization that he may have peaked in high school,

Billy

Billy, he’s a great ‘human’ antagonist to contrast with the supernatural ones. From his unexpected but delightful scenes of flirting with the frustrated Mrs. Wheeler to the brutal reminders that people can be in some ways just as bad a monster to so. The show has just enough well-written romance, humor,& regular drama to make the horror & supernatural feel real.

A great work;

Just like slower clean acoustic parts in metal music can make the heavy fast parts seem heavier. Without the balance, it would be just another dull horror or sci-fi done before no matter the quality. This formula works. The changes in the threat each season works as well, taking inspiration from diff horror/sci-fi films then applying the show’s rules for each season is a great idea.

It is a fantastic Netflix Series of 2021. It keeps you curious, and up all night!

It keeps you on the edge of your seat as you wonder what Lucifer is going to do next. I binged watched this every day and night when I had the time to get to the end because I love it. It would have to be the best thing on Netflix. It’s amazing with all the sex, drugs, and alcohol that he doesn’t get his true desire til season 5.

Story-line of the series Lucifer;

This series is from the best Netflix series, it is an  American city fantasy web series created by Tom Kapinos that launched on January 25, 2016, and terminated on September 10, 2021. The series centered around the story of Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis), the DC Universe’s version of the Devil, who leaves Hell for Los Angeles where he starts running his nightclub named Lux and becomes an advisor to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The ensemble and supporting cast include Lauren German as Detective Chloe Decker, Kevin Alejandro as Detective Daniel “Dan” Espinoza, D. B. Woodside as Amenadiel, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen, Rachael Harris as Dr. Linda Martin, and Aimee Garcia as Ella Lopez. The shooting of the series occurred primarily in Vancouver before assembling was moved entirely to Los Angeles rising with the third season.

Seeing all the Archangels intermingle with humans is interesting. Following along with our one and only Lucifer himself, falling for Decker is amazing.

The detective is an amazing lady balancing work and home life in an equal balance and couldn’t ask for a more amazing woman. However, the series revolves around Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis), a stunning and mighty angel who was banished from Heaven for his revolt. Like the Devil, Lucifer tires of the summits, he spent being the Lord of Hell, punishing people.

Becoming increasingly bored and sad with his life in Hell, he signs out his throne in opposition of his father (God) and casts aside his kingdom for Los Angeles, where he starts his nightclub called Lux. When he knows himself involved in a murder investigation, he meets the fascinating  Detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German).

After sorting out the case of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD)  by using his power to manipulate humans into revealing their deepest wishes, Lucifer accepts a succeeding invitation to work with Chloe as a guide to the department, and throughout the series, they come across all sorts of supernatural beings while solving crimes together and upbringing their relationship.

Unique character Maze

 Maze is an amazing character, I love her combat skills, she’s always ready to brawl and defend. With her toughness, and stubbornness, Maze is awesome with all those kickass ninja skills and I love how she starts off this real badass then as seasons go on she becomes open-hearted. The relationship between Dan and Lucifer is hilarious.

A real hate war between them but eventually they get along. Chloe is beautiful and I don’t think they could have picked anyone better than her to play that role! She fits her character! Seeing the unknown beef between Dan and Lucifer is hilarious! I love when Lucifer plays obviously when He is the cause of a situation. So clueless and it’s never on purpose

Set in a German town, where the disappearance of two young children exposes the relationships among four families. It is all about time travel and its paradoxes like Predestination Paradox, Bootstrap Paradox, Loopholes, Quantum entanglement, and many more.

A Very intriguing & mind-bending sci-fi mystery consisting of 3 Seasons spanned across Decades, Centuries, and even Worlds with about 60 Variations of characters.

Different but unique writing;

Dark is different from any other Time-travel movie or series. It takes time as an element that nothing has used before like it. The producer did an excellent job of narrating the story keeping the plot together and shocking its viewers in every episode. The plot of the series is quite complicated but if you have watched it entirely then there will be some details that you have missed.

It’s one of the rare series that makes you completely lose your mind and doesn’t let to stop thinking about the things you saw all in all the show lacks some humor as there are many adult plot points involved but not to say as the show lives up to its name as it’s dark in many ways.

The creators decided to make a trilogy but as it is after the end of the 2nd season there are many burning questions left that the fans need to get answers to but till then the first two seasons are worth watching… This show takes time to travel to a new dimension and explores uniquely and boldly which will keep you coming for more.

Season 3 is a big ride that’ll answer all your questions as well as tie all the loose threads together and give a story filled with mind-blowing plot twists and mysteries. Season 3 as a stand-alone is not the best but as a cumulative Trilogy, it ends the series on a high note.

I can’t speak much without spoilers but the way the final few episodes play out is amazing you’ll never think of the way that it could’ve ended.  The ending is the best sci-fi ending ever. All in all, without spoiling anything, it is one of the best shows of all time and the best sci-fi show ever made.

Brain engaging work;

If you manage to understand the family trees in the show and get a basic knowledge of the Predestination and Bootstrap paradox, you won’t have a hard time understanding the show. Another vital aspect for the enjoyment of the series is the Historical References, Philosophical Musings related to time, mortality, and other such key factors that drive the gripping narrative and screenplay which will keep you hooked by guessing about what happens next throughout the series.

It re-energizes our brain and challenges our thinking capability to such an extent that it forces you to keep a pen and paper beside you to understand and keep a note of all the timelines and characters.

The storytelling of this show is just on GOD LEVEL, it’s so well constructed and Written with an unforgettable soundtrack and visually stunning cinematography. Be it the riveting performances by the entire ensemble cast, storytelling, character development – everything about this series is perfection. The producers and writers wrote a plotline that made the audience and fans more hooked on the show. The characters were beautifully portrayed. The entire cast did a phenomenal job.

No one could have been better than the actors picked for this show. Besides that, the sets were memorable and the costumes were superb. Throughout the show, it almost felt that you were there with the characters.  The music that was played in the show also matched the scenes accordingly. The show rightfully deserved the numerous Emmys they received.

The show is called “Who killed Sara?” really a great Netflix series of 2021; however, based on the ending of the last episode and the preview of the second season, the real question is, is Sara dead? Sara was loved so much and nobody understands why Sara was loved so much and how she could hide her “true” personality.

Why is the show successful? You don’t have to think a lot, everything is presented to you, you see beautiful, rich people and they all have problems (makes you feel better) and the number of characters to follow is very limited. They reinforce their character traits all the time and the viewer can take on a distant observer role without emotional investment.

Also, scenes and scenery are not changing. The season-ending cliffhanger is completely out of the blue and very shocking. Highly recommended for thriller/mystery genre lovers
