Atif Aslam was born on 12 March 1983 in Wazirabad city of Punjab Pakistan. He is Pisces. His height is 5’9″.

His father’s name is Muhammad Aslam and his mother’s name is Rehana Shaheen. His three brothers’ names are Shahbaz (Designer), Shahzad (Photographer), and Sheraz.

Schooling

Atif Aslam started his education at Kimberley Hall School of Lahore. After their shifting to Rawalpindi, he continued his study here and then again returned to Lahore. He has done FSC from Inter College of Lahore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Punjab Institute of Computer Science.

Career

Atif Aslam is a great Pakistani playback singer, composer, actor, and songwriter. He is well known for his top hit songs in Pakistan as well as the Indian film and music industries. He started his career by writing and singing Urdu songs, but over time, he has sung hit songs in Pashto, Punjabi as well as in Bengali. This multitalented makes him the best playback singer in the Pakistani and Indian music industries. Atif Aslam was awarded by Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2008 by the Government of Pakistan. He entered the acting career in 2011 when he act in the film Bol. He called his fans “Aadeez” which means Habitual.

He says that he has no initial plan to enter the music industry, his interest was in cricket. During their college days, he took participated in college musical activities due to the encouragement of his friends. These encouragements make him establish his career in the music industry. According to Atif, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was his first-ever musical inspiration.

2002-2003

In 2002, he started his career by leading a band named as “Jal”. This band gave him much fame and recognition. This band became more famous when they recorded a song “Aadat” in 2003.

2011

2011 was his first year in his musical career when he sang his first three songs. His recorded songs for this year are:
