India’s famous singer Arijit Singh has surpassed American award-winning singer Taylor Swift in terms of following on music platform Spotify.

The Indian playback singer became the third most followed personality on the music platform, ahead of Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran.

Singer Arijit Singh has got big success on the music platform with the new song ‘Chalye’ from Bollywood Megastar Shahrukh Khan’s new movie ‘Jawan’ which was released on social media in the past few days.

Although the Indian singer has been in the Bollywood industry for a short time, he has gained global fame with his mesmerizing voice and catchy lyrics.

A week ago, Spotify India shared a screenshot of a list of the most listened songs in India and it included two songs by Arijit Singh.

It should be noted that the Indian singer has won the Filmfare Award seven times for his immense and wonderful services.
