The LHC (Lahore High Court) has announced the release of a Czech model who was in jail for 2 and half years due to a smuggling case.
Being in jail for 3 years Czech model claimed that she was wrongly accused and has nothing to do with drugs. Before 3 years she was found guilty and the lower court decided to keep her in jail for 8 years. But the Czech model brings her case to LHC and wins the case. LHC overturned the lower court decision of 8 years jail. Justice Ali Baqir Najafi gives the decision of Czech model Teresa bail after hearing the arguments of both parties.
on January 10th, 2018 Czech model was caught by a customs officer having 8.5 kg of heroin in her luggage. In her trial court, she was sentenced to eight years in prison and a fine of Rs 1,33,000.
But now she is released and proved that she was nothing to do with drugs. Lahore High Court gives justice to the Czech model Teresa.
