Pakistan’s well-known fashion designer Maria B expressed happiness over the decision of the Shariat Court regarding the Gender Act.

Maria Butt started the Pakistani clothes brand Maria B. Its headquarters are in Lahore, Pakistan. There are ready-to-wear pieces, unstitched pieces, and haute fashion pieces.

Maria Butt is a Pakistani designer who launched ready-to-wear dresses, wedding dresses, Partywear and etc.

Remember, there was the case in Shariat court against Transgenders and shariart announced “There cannot be a change your gender in Pakistan with you own will”.

Maria B released a video message on social media and praised the decision of the Shariat Court.

Expressing happiness, the fashion designer said today I am very happy that the Shariat Court has said that transgender is against Islam. This system was destroying our children and families.

Maria said that Allah has created only two genders, one male and the other female, besides, there are only eunuchs who should get rights, but transgender means that if I feel like a man today, I should cry and change my gender. Come on, it’s against Sharia. Everything should run under the system that has been created.

She further said that there are rules in Islam for men and women which promote the family system and we should follow those rules. The transgender movement is destroying all over the world. After two years of hard work, today the court gave the right decision.

It should be remembered that recently the Federal Sharia Court declared the Transgender Act against the Sharia in its decision.

According to the decision, a person cannot change gender at will. Under Section 7, one could inherit the will by determining the sex of the will. Inheritance can be done according to gender. It would be illegal for a man or a woman to call themselves transgender outside of their biological sex.
